Whether you're someone who's been wanting to start a YouTube channel but keeps overthinking, a beginner stuck pouring in effort without seeing meaningful traction, or an intermediate creator who can't break into the next level, this program meets you where you are.

Plan for 5 to 10 hours per week, depending on how many live sessions you attend at what type of videos you make. This includes watching the weekly lesson, completing your assignment, attending live sessions (optional but encouraged), and community participation. During Phase 2, your time investment may increase depending on how long it takes you to produce your videos (but we help you scope so it stays realistic)

That's completely fine. Every live session is recorded and posted, so you can catch up whenever it suits your schedule. You can also post any question you have in the community and get support asynchronously from your Content Strategist and the rest of the cohort, so you're never stuck waiting for the next live call to keep moving.

Yes. Both Core and Executive can be paid in full, or split into 2 or 4 installments. You'll see all options when you enroll.

Core gives you the full 12 week program: weekly lessons, assignments with personalized feedback from your dedicated Content Strategist, weekly office hours with that Content Strategist, and monthly Q&A sessions with Aprilynne. Executive includes everything in Core, plus small-group Executive Masterminds with Aprilynne and direct DM access to her and her team.

It's a simple 3-step process:

1) Apply. Click the "Apply Now" button to apply. We review applications on a rolling basis, so the earlier you apply, the sooner you'll hear back (the deadline to apply to the Fall 2026 cohort is August 23rd)

2) Get your decision. We personally review every application, and you'll receive an email with our decision.
